Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Odd Couple Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
