Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Offer exceptional customer service and ensure user satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
