Brand Development and Sales Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at At Your Home Compassion Care. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Advocate for the brand vision, strategy, and positioning to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources to generate leads and referral opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and develop effective marketing plans
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure services provided align with marketing messages and client needs
  • Expand social media posts and digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities within the home health care industry
  • Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

  • Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management, preferably in homecare or healthcare industry
  • Digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to set priorities according to key business needs
  • Analytical capabilities; detail oriented
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
