Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  2. Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  3. Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  4. Prepare financial plans and cost projections
  5. Suggest or arrange for additional services needed such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  6. Maintain financial documentation
  7. Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  8. Assist cleaning staff in their duties
  9. Coordinate work activities with other departments
  10. Establish work schedules
Supervisory Experience
