Klean City Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance.
