Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Klean City Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This includes supervising a team of cleaning staff, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring that all facilities meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all payments are made on time.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance.
