Position Overview:

Your role will encompass a variety of needs including transactional services (such as stop payments, check orders, and address changes), financing options (including loans, lines of credit, and credit cards), and savings solutions. The businesses you will assist span multiple sectors including manufacturing, commercial services, and real estate, each presenting unique challenges based on their developmental stage—be it start-up, growth, maturity, or succession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain advisory relationships by identifying both current and potential client needs, thereby enhancing client retention.
  • Provide expert advice on specialized products and services to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Craft tailored solutions that meet client requirements, negotiate terms, and prepare comprehensive service proposals.
  • Contribute to business development goals by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, balancing client satisfaction with profitability and risk management.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry standards, products, and services relevant to your role.
