We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with life skills training for patients
  • Facilitate group sessions and meetings
  • Monitor patient activities and ensure their safety
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide administrative support to the treatment team
Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A completed recognized healthcare worker program
  • Trauma-informed training is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • A clear criminal record check
  • A valid driver's license
Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility and availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A 30-minute paid break will be provided for shifts exceeding 5 hours.
