Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Kiehl's Sales Associate to join our team at our boutique location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for each customer
  • Identify customer needs and goals, and assist them in finding and selecting the right products
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails
  • Inform customers about product prices and special offers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by applying our brand selling method and product knowledge
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store, including merchandising and product availability
  • Regularly attend all scheduled shifts
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
