Job Summary

The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at City Walk store in Universal City, CA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credits using Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, promote up-selling of merchandise, and provide product recommendations.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including accurate cycle counts, creating deposit slips, and maintaining store housekeeping standards.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor and maintain visual displays.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, barcoding, and displaying merchandise.
  • Provide assistance and training to other team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
