Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also driving sales and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by applying effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and merchandising skills.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
