Job Title: Magento Content Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Magento Content Associate to join our E-Commerce team at J.D. Irving, Limited. As a Magento Content Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and optimization of product listings on our Magento platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listing Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings on the Magento platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization for search engines.
  2. Platform Monitoring: Monitor the Magento website for performance, security, and functionality, proactively identifying and addressing any technical issues or bugs.
  3. Content Updates: Manage day-to-day operations of the Magento platform, including content updates, promotional campaigns, and other functionality within Magento.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on the Magento website, ensuring product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and consistent.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with business goals and initiatives.
  6. Search Optimization: Conduct regular maintenance within Klevu for search optimization, smart merchandising, and data integrity.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Post-secondary education
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field
  3. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Language Skills: Bilingual (French/English) would be considered an asset
