We are currently looking for a qualified individual to join our E-Commerce team in the role of Data Analytics Support. This position will be based at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement data models and algorithms to improve customer engagement and experience.
  2. Collaborate with IT and data teams to analyze findings and refine models for optimal performance.
  3. Communicate insights derived from data analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Extract, monitor, and manage data from our centralized data platforms using various analytical tools.
  5. Establish a comprehensive data governance framework to safeguard personal identifiable information (PII).
  6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transfers and processes.
  7. Oversee the data lifecycle to ensure it operates as intended.
  8. Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting tools and create analytics dashboards that highlight critical insights aligned with business objectives.
  9. Evaluate business goals and provide informed recommendations to enhance e-commerce and operational strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  2. Practical experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, and Google Analytics.
  3. Knowledge of data governance and management principles.
  4. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies.
  7. Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
