Operations Manager

Kensington Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of over 20 employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations and initiatives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Performance Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring they have the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a criminal record check.
