Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Concorde Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security guards and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Activities

Plan and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal outcomes.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Monitor Quality and Production

Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Communicate Effectively

Communicate effectively with security guards, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Manage Emergency Situations

Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security guards and other team members as needed.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Language and Certifications

Fluency in English and possession of a First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Working Conditions
  • Work Setting

Various locations, including our facilities and other sites as required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call as needed.
