Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at CONCORDE PROPERTY SERVICES LTD, you will play a vital role in overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of various locations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This position requires flexibility to work at various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities.
  • Manage work schedules and assignments for security staff.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure effective operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality and production metrics.
  • Prepare and submit reports on progress and performance.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will supervise a team of 3-4 security guards.

Certifications Required
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Security Guard License

Additional Information
  • Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
