Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at CONCORDE PROPERTY SERVICES LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of various locations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field or equivalent experience
Work Environment

Your role will encompass various settings, adapting to the needs of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities
  • Manage work schedules for security staff
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Ensure the efficient operation of security equipment
  • Monitor quality and performance levels
  • Prepare and submit reports on progress and incidents
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations for productivity improvements
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of security personnel
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
Supervision

You will oversee a team of 3-4 security guards.

Certifications
