Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Security Guards to join our team at Concorde Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Activities

Plan and coordinate the schedules of our security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.

Emergency Response

Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure that all necessary protocols are followed.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the quality of our security services, including the performance of our security personnel and the condition of our equipment.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and best practices to management.

Staff Supervision

Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of our security personnel to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as security management or a related field.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or a related field.

Certifications and Licenses

A valid security guard license and a first aid certificate.

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

Working Conditions
  • Work Setting

Varies, including office and field environments.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call.
