Africa Inland Mission Canada is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Executive Director, overseeing the organization's overall direction and staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out directives and policies set forth by AIM's Canadian Council
  • Represent AIM Canada ministries at churches, conferences, and AIM International
  • Lead the organization in achieving its mission and vision

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least ten years of organizational leadership experience and local church involvement
  • Passion for global missions and alignment with AIM's mission and convictions
  • Demonstrated spiritual and spirit-led leadership
  • Experience in working effectively with a leadership team and board of directors
  • Operational management, program leadership, and planning/budgeting/financial administration skills

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary Range: $95,000 – 105,000
