Senior Risk Management Professional

OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Risk Department Manager to provide strategic guidance and leadership in the company's Corporate Risk Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, including policies, systems, and procedures, in collaboration with the company's compliance, IT, and business teams.
- Lead the Corporate Risk Department in planning, organizing, and executing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats to the organization.
- Evaluate and monitor the Corporate Risk Department's activities to ensure alignment with existing policies and make recommendations for policy improvements.
- Implement and maintain optimal merchant risk controls to mitigate potential risks associated with merchant transactions.
- Develop and implement a merchant underwriting risk framework to assess and manage risk exposures from merchants.
- Manage complaints and analyze ongoing reviews of merchants to ensure effective risk management.
- Develop regular risk reports for the management team to enhance risk awareness and accountability within the organization.
- Recruit and train key personnel for the department to ensure effective risk management and governance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the banking industry, preferably with a multinational corporation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Working knowledge of digital banking and card operations.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
