About the Role
Graham, a leading construction solutions partner, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a trusted business partner, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial support for a portfolio of large projects within our Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Project Accounting and Transaction Processing Team, ensuring efficient and consistent timekeeping and LEMS processing.
- Mentor and coach direct reports, providing guidance and advice on financial results and budgets.
- Develop and present reports and presentations for senior leadership, including financial results and forecasts.
- Oversee the overall process and controls within the group, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholder groups on Contract Management and Administration.
- Support operations teams to achieve planned business performance and strategic objectives, with a focus on adherence to KPI standards, project financial health, cost control, and cash management.
- Lead and collaborate on divisional and functional initiatives, analyzing and understanding key business drivers, trends, and market conditions that could impact the business.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce/Business/Accounting or a related field.
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) is required.
- 10+ years relevant accounting experience, with 3+ years managing finance teams in a multi-location environment.
- Strong technical accounting proficiency, with experience in Project Accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with proficiency in Excel and large ERP systems, such as SAP.
