We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our finance and insurance department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer products, rebates, financing, insurance, warranties, leasing, and incentive programs to ensure accurate and informed sales pitches.
- Present customers with a menu of available package options to ensure they are fully informed and satisfied with their purchase.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, contracts, and reports related to vehicle sales and leases.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the manufacturer, dealership, and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance centers, and third-party vendors.
- Prior experience in finance and insurance is considered an asset.
- You possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- AMVIC certification is considered an asset.
- Experience with Dealership Management Systems is considered an asset.
