As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our services and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Estimation and Materials Management: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and services, and requisition or order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management in English.
