Position Overview:

This dynamic and prominent role focuses on establishing new connections and expanding sales within the Commercial Market, particularly in the Greater Montréal area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize innovative sales strategies and comprehensive product knowledge to enhance business growth through the full range of Rogers wireline, wireless, and Advanced Business Solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business within the designated territory as well as uncover new prospects.
  • Represent the organization with a positive demeanor and strong work ethic to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic account and relationship management plans to gain insider status and safeguard accounts from competitive threats.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Greater Montreal market, maintain strong community connections, and demonstrate an interest in networking and corporate relationship development.
  • Serve as the primary contact for accounts regarding the complete suite of products and services offered by Rogers Communications Inc.
  • Contribute ideas by actively participating in regular sales meetings and fulfill necessary administrative tasks to support your role.
  • Address and resolve customer issues by collaborating with key internal contacts to uphold business integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, ideally managing Commercial Market accounts.
  • Solid understanding of data networks, Internet, Cloud, and wireless services.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Innovative thinker in addressing customer needs.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual: Proficient in English, as this role requires regular communication with clients and team members in other provinces.
  • Resident of the Greater Montreal area.
