About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Proplus Contracting. As a key member of our design and construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Technical Documents

Review and analyze technical documents and reports to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Project Coordination

Assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Design Development

Prepare working drawings, specifications, and other design documents to support the project team.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor architectural technical staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Estimating and Cost Control

Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and monitor and control project expenses to ensure that they are within budget.

Modeling and Presentation

Construct architectural and display models, and prepare presentation graphics and drawings to communicate project information to stakeholders.

CAD and Design Software

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and edit design documents, and other design software as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

32.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
