We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Specialist to join our team at TSX Inc. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying potential risks to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with Exchange requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide guidance and support to Issuers and their advisors on regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google for work applications.
