Warehouse Manager Job Description

H.K. SMALL WORLD TRADING LTD. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Report and Proposal Development: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of using our goods or services.
  • Sales Contract Administration: Prepare and manage sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Operations Budget Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget to optimize efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet client demands.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

Requirements: College/CEGEP education and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language: English.
