Job Title: Long Haul Driver

Bullet Freight LTD is seeking a skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials across the country.
  • Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
