Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Schedule appointments and manage repair orders efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repair process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and trustworthy demeanor.
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
