  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
