Healthcare Program Director

The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive care programs aimed at enhancing participant well-being. This role requires a commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with staff, management, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with staff, senior management, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
- Program Development: Design and implement innovative care delivery models that align with strategic objectives.
- Budget Management: Ensure all activities are conducted within established budgetary constraints while meeting productivity targets.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive participant care planning.
- Funding Liaison: Engage with government and funding agencies to secure necessary resources for participants.
- Staffing Oversight: Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet participant needs in a cost-effective manner.
- Policy Development: Review and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Program Evaluation: Assess the efficacy of existing programs and recommend improvements.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local agencies to address service gaps and enhance community support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction counseling or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches and healthcare practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and participant confidentiality.
This position may involve exposure to various health-related conditions and requires effective communication with a diverse range of individuals. Flexibility in work hours and responsibilities may be necessary to meet the needs of participants and the organization.
