- Cost Efficiency: Collaborate across departments to drive improvements and reduce costs.
- Leadership and Communication: Exhibit strong leadership skills and facilitate effective communication.
- Staff Development: Ensure comprehensive training and orientation programs are available.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments for staff.
- Program Evaluation: Assess existing programs for effectiveness and value.
- Rehabilitation Program Oversight: Direct the development and management of rehabilitation initiatives.
- Community Collaboration: Partner with local agencies to enhance service delivery.
- Client Counseling: Provide support and counseling services to clients and their families.

- Minimum of 5 years in addiction counseling.

- Proven experience in healthcare service provision.

- Proficient in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and ethical standards.
