Warehouse Operations Manager

Manna International Trading Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with staff to meet productivity and quality targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, staff performance, and quality control metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
