Cannabis Team Lead

Spiritleaf St is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Connection: Foster a genuine and welcoming environment for customers, empowering team members to make decisions that enhance the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product trends and support brand messaging, taking ownership of individual product knowledge and sharing it with the team.
- Teamwork: Support new hires through mentorship, collaborate with the team during morning and closing meetings, and demonstrate self-awareness and a focus on self-development.
- Leadership: Provide daily and weekly tasks, give directions to the team, and set up the day/week. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment, and decision-making skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience.
- A passion for our product and a desire to change the way the world sees cannabis.
- Able to pass a police background check and hold a Qualified Cannabis Worker certification.
8 hour shifts, day shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, night shifts, and weekends as needed. In-person work location.
