We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets to ensure that our housekeeping operations are financially sustainable.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff have the resources they need to perform their duties.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
