Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that the housekeeping department has everything it needs to operate effectively.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
