Bilingual Service Writer for Preventive Maintenance

Brandt is actively looking for a bilingual Preventive Maintenance Service Writer. This role is crucial in delivering Preventive Maintenance estimates to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors while ensuring the smooth and precise execution of Brandt's contractual Preventive Maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and establish Preventive Maintenance Agreements within our contract management system.
- Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements effectively.
- Monitor and manage Preventive Maintenance Agreement data.
- Review, finalize, and bill completed service tasks.
- Facilitate necessary services with clients and Preventive Maintenance Technicians.
- Update and oversee our pricing calculator tool.
- Address incoming Preventive Maintenance inquiries from both internal and external clients.
- Oversee Prepaid agreements.
- Utilize John Deere Link to track and monitor client machinery under Preventive Maintenance contracts.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with the maintenance of construction machinery.
- Experience in service delivery operations and procedures.
- Previous experience in a Service Writer role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities; punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume work environment.
- Understanding of contracts and related management processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
