Bilingual Service Writer for Preventive Maintenance

Brandt is actively looking for a bilingual Service Writer specializing in Preventive Maintenance. This role is crucial in delivering accurate Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales and Customer Support teams, while also ensuring the smooth operation of Brandt's contractual Preventive Maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and establish Preventive Maintenance Agreements within our contract management system.
- Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements effectively.
- Monitor and maintain records related to Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
- Review, finalize, and bill completed service tasks.
- Coordinate necessary services with clients and Preventive Maintenance Technicians.
- Update and manage our pricing calculator tool.
- Respond to incoming Preventive Maintenance inquiries from both internal and external clients.
- Oversee Prepaid agreements.
- Utilize John Deere Link for monitoring and tracking customer machinery under Preventive Maintenance contracts.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Understanding of construction equipment maintenance.
- Experience in service delivery processes.
- Preferred background as a Service Writer.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contract management processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
