Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc. as a Finance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our organization, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
    • Provide financial data and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance
    • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize financial performance.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
    • Experience
      • At least 1 year of experience in a financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Skills
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
