We are seeking a talented UX Designer to take charge of the user experience design process within our dynamic gaming studio. As a Lead UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user journey for our applications and video games across various platforms. Your expertise will guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and the overall user experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the overarching vision for the user experience.
  • Oversee and strategize UX methodologies throughout projects.
  • Craft user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Utilize research to inform data-driven design decisions.
  • Work closely with UI Designers to develop intuitive interfaces.
  • Engage in ongoing UX development and keep abreast of industry advancements.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in the game production pipeline with a minimum of 2 published titles.
  • Strong enthusiasm for video game culture.
  • In-depth understanding of UX methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and design presentation skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team setting as well as work independently.
  • Enjoy conducting research and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
