Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design process and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- **Design Leadership**: Take ownership of the UX/UI design process, from concept to completion, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- **User-Centered Design**: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate insights into design solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements with business goals and technical requirements.
- **Design Systems**: Create and maintain design systems and UI style guides to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
- **Prototyping & Testing**: Build interactive prototypes for user testing and iterate based on feedback. Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions.
- **Design Handoff**: Ensure smooth handoff to development teams by providing clear design specifications and participating in design reviews.
- **Staying Current**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring innovation to your designs.
Qualifications
- **Experience**: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- **Design Tools**: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar platforms.
- **Prototyping Tools**: Proficient in prototyping tools such as Marvel, Axure, or Principle.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics is a plus.
- **User Research**: Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- **Collaboration**: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs.
- **Design Systems**: Experience creating and managing design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
