- Maintain store safety by conducting regular inspections of the premises, ensuring that all entry points and display cases are secure and operational.
- Execute external apprehensions when deemed necessary.
- Examine occurrences of financial and physical loss and relay findings to Store Management, prioritizing internal matters to the Market Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist in emergency evacuation protocols in the event of a fire or other crises.
- Engage in store task force duties as required.
- Conduct or assist in investigations as directed, including but not limited to internal theft, external organized retail crime, and cases referred through corporate ethics, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with company policies.
- Effectively communicate information from various sources and clarify issues for others, often presenting diverse viewpoints.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the needs of the organization evolve.
