We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Downtown Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about their vehicle's status and any necessary repairs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service history.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
