Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their service visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Experience in a service advisor or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
