  • Manage Equipment Transfers for Site

Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Current First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved provider)
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License (G)
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum double vaccination)
  • Immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2)
    • How To
    • Immunization Record Form
    • Completion of immunization for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella is mandatory at the time of hire. Applicants unable to provide their MMR immunity at the time of hire will not be considered for the position.
  • Must be clean-shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience is essential
  • 1+ year of security experience is essential
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare security is an asset
  • Must provide certifications in Stay Safe
    • Applicants lacking these certifications can enroll in Paladin's Stay Safe training program prior to onboarding to ensure they meet the position's requirements
    • Please note: The Stay Safe training is unpaid as it is a prerequisite; however, Paladin will cover all training costs with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
