Office Administrator

The role of the Office Administrator at Les services environnementaux Delsan-A.I.M. inc. is essential for ensuring smooth operational workflows. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Coordination: Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Data Compilation: Gather and organize data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
- Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Management: Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
Proficient in the use of:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Office Suite
Candidates should possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
