Position Overview

The role of the Office Administrator at Les services environnementaux Delsan-A.I.M. inc. is essential for ensuring smooth operational workflows. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
  • Data Compilation: Gather and organize data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
  • Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
Technical Proficiency

Proficient in the use of:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Office Suite
Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
