About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 11804499 Canada Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Technology: Utilize computer software, including MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Drive, to perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Travel: Willing to travel regularly, with own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
