Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies to drive sales.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
