Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality and safety requirements.
- Develop and implement new menu items and promotions, working closely with our culinary team to ensure that they are innovative and appealing to our customers.
- Manage and maintain our kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
