Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and codes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other construction management software.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
